Pobra de Trives is a small town in the north-east of Galizia.
It´s got a population of about.....and there is a lot of tourism in winter.
I like Trives because it´s a friendly place.There are old buildings.My favourite discotheque is O Candello.It's very popular.

The day of peace

In my school we celebrate ,onJanuary 30 ,the day of peace.It is one of my favoritesdays ,because it is very important for humanity.In my school we made cranes before the day of peace and we wrote a desire in them.I hope that my wish is fulfilled and that the whole world live in peace.

SCHOOL DAY OF NON-VIOLENCE AND PEACE

                                                                                    
Dear pupils,
January 30th is the School Day of Non-violence and Peace (DENIP), on the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi.
Founded in 1964 , is a pioneering, non-official, independent, free and voluntary iniciative of Non-violence and Pacifying Education, which is now practised in schools all over the world . Teachers and students of all levels and from all countries are invited to take part.
It advocates a permanent education in and for harmony, tolerance, solidarity, respect for human rights, non-violence and peace.
Its basic message is: “Universal Love, Non-violence and Peace. Universal Love is better than egoism, Non-violence is better than violence, and Peace is better than war”.

Let's remember Gandhi's words:

"Love is better than egoism, Non-violence is better than violence, and Peace is better than war".
